3-week traning at genting view resort (GVR)

Know a lot of friends. Have a lot of fun at GVR. On-the-job training starts next monday!

My Waja 1.6 4G18 (A)

this car was bought by my auntie in 2004. Now i am using it. so far i tried max speed on highway 136km/h. the car is not very stable after 120km/h.

plan to use this engine oil called REVO oil. Not sure whether the car can improve its performance after using it.

Driving to KL just to see room and office at Ara Damansara.

Yesterday my mum and I went to see room and sime darby property office at ara damansara. The room was quite dusty and the condition of the house at jalan pju 1a/21 was dirty. So, I decided to find other option.

The office looked new and there are plenty of parking space. Looking forward to working at there!

EURO 2012

Guess who will win? only Paul the Octopus knows. For me, it depends on luck. Look at Holland, lost to Denmark and although they have good attackers in front, the likes of arjen robben, wesley sneijder, robin van persie, it still depends on luck sometimes in football.

For me I like Spain. they have good goalkeeper, iker casillas, fransecs fabregas, andres iniesta, jesus navas, sergio ramos, xavi hernandez and great players from la liga.

I would say, Spain will win!

Need a room near Sime Darby Properties Berhad!

So far i only know Oasis Ara Damansara Condominium. I hope to share with those who are based at Sime Darby Properties Berhad just like me. Anyone wants to share room with me?

FInally got the letter for Sime Darby Management Apprenticeship Program 2012!

commercially  useful skills and expose you to experiences that will enhance
your  employability  in  securing  job opportunities within or outside Sime
Darby.

Transportation : Transportation is not provided. Participants will need to
                   travel to training venue on your own.
 
Accommodation : Accommodation is provided throughout the whole classroom
                   training session.
 
Meals : Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner

Dress Code : Formal (office) attire on registration day.
 
  Smart casual for other training days; however, jeans are

Sime Darby Management Apprenticeship Program 2012 - here i come!

Thank god I was called this morning by the human resource people from the property division, telling me that I am selected to join the program! It is like a dream come true. The most exciting part is to work under a big company and gain experience from it. The experience is the one that I need! The experience will definitely help me in my current studies in ACCA and also my future employment, whether to be absorbed by Sime Darby, or other companies! :)

Malaysia lost to China in Thomas Cup!

Liew Daren with the absent of Datuk Lee Chong Wei, The pair Koo Kien Kiet and Tan Boon Heong, Hafiz Hashim just could not win, with Lin Dan, Cai Yun and Foo Hai Feng, Chen Long proved too strong for the Malaysians. Malaysians players will have to say goodbye to Wu Han, and come back to Malaysia. I don't see a future in Malaysia badminton. Without Lee Chong Wei, Malaysia is not going to challenge the world. I rank Malaysia behind China, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Denmark, England, and even Thailand! I think it is time to train up young players as replacements to the old players! 

Chelsea the European Champion!

Late equaliser from Drogba, Penalty saved by Cech, Miss hit from Olic.... Miss penalty from Schweistigger... Chelsea has the luck on their side! Congratulations to the team and the owner, Abramovich for winning the Champions league 2011/12!

UEFA Champions League 2011/12 Final - Bayern Munich vs Chelsea

I personally hope that Chelsea will win! Few years ago, they almost did it. Lost to Man Utd. Abramovich has brought in many great players to Chelsea. From Drogba, Torres, Mata, Cahill, Essien, Sturridge, and many more. Imagine how much money have been invested to build the current Chelsea formation. Another factor will be the man management of Roberto Di Matteo. I think he is a great manager. I would rate him 20 for man management. He is simply fantastic!

I believe Arjen Robben and Frank Ribery will be serious threats to Chelsea. If they want to win, they have to stop this two prolific winger from supplying goal to Mario Gomez. Go Chelsea go....

I was called by the human resource people at Sime Darby to attend for an interview for the management apprenticeship program 2012.

Below is the email sent to me:
